"Now we have to look at the possibility of qualifying automatically for the Champions League".

Atletico Madrid superstar Antoine Griezmann has addressed his future, amid reports he could join Manchester United.

A third straight league win moves Atletico seven points clear of Real Sociedad and Villarreal in the battle for fourth, and the club captain Gabi urged his team to cement third place, which will give 2015-16 Champions League finalist automatic qualification to the Europe's premier club tournament. "We have to pull ourselves together for the last 10 rounds and find the path we were on".

"We are defending better and possibly today was our most consistent performance on the ball".

Griezmann has scored 22 goals and assisted a further 11 strikes in 40 matches across all competitions for the Rojiblancos this season.

Koke put the result beyond doubt in the 77th before Sevilla got a consolation goal from Joaquin Correa with six minutes to play.

Griezmann insists his Atleti future does not depend on that of coach Diego Simeone and admits neither will be at the club forever.

Atletico lost defender Sime Vrsaljko to a left-knee injury in the opening minutes of the match.

Eighteenth-placed Sporting Gijon collected a critical 3-1 win versus Granada at El Molinon.

Second-placed Barcelona host Valencia later, trailing Madrid by five points.

Iago Aspas scored in the 74th as Celta Vigo won a regional derby at Deportivo La Coruna.

Malaga's woes continued as they were held to a goalless draw by struggling Leganes at the Butarque.
