But Sunday night's concert at Melbourne's Etihad Stadium - her final one in Australia - was another memorable show that saw her castigate a killjoy security guard to the entertainment of 77,000 fans.

Fans on Twitter liked Adele's tell-off of the guard.

"This album for me - the "Lemonade" album - was just so monumental and so well thought out and so handsome and soul-bearing and we all got to see another side to you that you don't always let us see and we appreciate that", she said in February. "Could you stop telling people to sit down?" she said. I know you work here but could you stop telling people to sit down?

Adele was boiling! She believed that the audience should be allowed to stand up from their seats in order to see the stage better from the back or simply move to her music freely!

The superstar also unknowingly created a once-in-a-lifetime moment for a lucky couple.

She will now depart Australia for a show in Auckland.

But after emergency services took 30 minutes to arrive, her sister tearfully explained they were anxious she wouldn't make it.

That's when, unknown to Adele, Wade got down on one knee and proposed to Chris in front of a packed Etihad Stadium.

As the crowd erupted into cheers, Adele revealed her surprise at what just transpired.

According to Digital Spy, the show's executive producer, Jason Herbison said: "We are thrilled that Adele was able to make a detour to visit Ramsay Street".

The bumper show was full of highlights - including an unplanned wedding proposal.

Adele's concert crowds broke two records over the weekend.

"Obviously it's a big crowd to depart at the one time", he said.
