Trump attacks Clinton on Twitter … again

He wondered if her campaign chairman's brother was paid to lift Russian sanctions.

President Trump began Monday with a flood of tweets reviving questions surrounding general election foe Hillary Clinton - and highlighting a Fox News report on the Trump team surveillance controversy.

"Did Hillary Clinton ever apologize for receiving the answers to the debate?", Trump tweeted. On Monday, Trump went on a freakish Twitter rant, attacking his former opponent.

Mrs Clinton's allies say the politician is repositioning herself to help unite the Democrats against the Trump administration, ensuring the mistakes that cost her the Presidency are not repeated in the 2020 campaign.

"... Clinton's remarks at Georgetown followed a speech before thousands of businesswomen in San Francisco earlier [last] week - one of her first since losing the election to Trump in November - and in both cases she alternated between throwing sharp critiques at the current administration and poking fun at herself". The president may also have been referencing reports in The Daily Caller about Podesta's shares in a firm with links to Russian investors. "Spied on before nomination".

Earlier Monday morning, Trump praised a "Fox & Friends" segment on the "unmasking" of the names of Trump associates who may have had their communications incidentally collected by U.S. intelligence officials.

"Wow, @FoxNews just reporting big news". Some unmasked. not associated with Russian Federation. This morning, Trump did not kick off the week with tweets about any of these meetings.

We also had Trump's national campaign manager, Paul Manafort, who was sacked for his blatant Russian entanglements, and Attorney General Jeff Sessions recused himself from any Russian investigations because of his own contact with the Russians.
