It has been confirmed that a Coachella 2017 live stream is going to be available on YouTube so that those who can't be there in person or just don't want to fearless the crowds there can catch some performances from the festival from the comfort of their couch. Performances by Lorde, Bon Iver, The xx, Future and ScHoolboy Q will also be livestreamed by the platform next weekend (April 14-16).

Sad your love for Radiohead, Kendrick Lamar and Lady Gaga went unreciprocated in the form of tickets to this year's sold-out Coachella Festival? The festival will return for a second weekend April 21-23.

Additionally, for the first time, YouTube will provide a glimpse behind-the-scenes at Coachella's Yuma Tent, which features underground dance music.

All of these will be available via Coachella's YouTube page. In addition to this, there will also be a scheduling tool so that viewers can make sure they catch their favorite performers in action, as well as browser alerts for those not-to-miss artists.

Viewers can choose from three always-on channels as well as a live 360 mode that will appear for select performances.

Additional details regarding the live-streaming have yet to be announced.
