Miley Cyrus has released a new single titled "Malibu" and an accompanying music video.

Miley Cyrus shared the first song from her upcoming new album, which remains untitled. According to Cyrus, the lyrics explains exactly how she feels about her soon to be hubby, because she aspires to have the power in her relationship to share what she wants to the general public. We love seeing artists support each other! After numerous personal twists, career left-turns and deliberately provocative behavior, this handsome song is the sanest thing Miley has done for years.

Holding her jumper in her mouth, the singer makes sure to give viewers the ultimate perv's eye view.

Moving from the beach to the meadow, Cyrus looks at peace playing with colorful balloons and cuddling with her pup.

On Sunday, May 21, Miley will be performing "Malibu" at the 2017 Billboard Music Awards, but fans don't have to wait so long to hear this awesome new single. The track is a romantic, country-tinged mid-tempo song about how her fiance Liam Hemsworth has changed her life. There's an air of freshness as we cannot only see a mature Miley singing her heart out but also hear her sound oh-so-good!

Even though the 24-year-old modern-day Miley may look rather different from her younger 12-year-old self, the two definitely share a lot in common. "I like talking to people that don't agree with me, but I don't think I can do that in an aggressive way", she told Billboard. There are no cringeworthy moments of Miley sticking her tongue out salaciously or twerking!

"The Last Song" actress also admitted she has always been an outspoken character, and was always destined for stardom.

"Now I'm as free as birds catching the wind", she sings at one point.
