Kane has great expectations for Spurs

Plenty of Tottenham Hotspur fans have faith that Vincent Janssen will find goalscoring form next season.

"We all want to achieve stuff", Alli said in a Sky Sports interview.

Juventus probably have the best defensive unit in Europe but, other than that, I don't see anything better than what Spurs have got.

"For me, it's important that I enjoy the journey - whether I stay at Tottenham for the rest of my career or one day I have to leave and it's the right thing for me to do".

England striker Kane scored Spurs' last goal at White Hart Lane in Sunday's 2-1 victory over Manchester United, before the stadium's demolition got under way.

Alli said: "It's frustrating when we've played as well as we have, it's very frustrating when you don't have anything to show for it".

Tottenham Hotspur have two games left in this season's Premier League, but it would appear plans are already being put in place for next year and it is easy to understand why.

"We've got a very bright future, a great squad, a team that's hungry to win and to learn and to get better".

True to recent form, England struggled to make much headway on the global stage initially, crashing out in the group stages of the 2018 World Cup after failing to get the better of Croatia, Ivory Coast and Mexico 2018.

Spurs have conceded 24 goals in 36 Premier League games this season, the best defensive record in the top flight.

"Being in the title race for so long there was so many games where we were winning and then Chelsea were winning".

Besides the £275,000 weekly wages on offer at the Etihad, Dele would've been looking to add to his one major honour in professional football at the club and he did so in his debut season by helping his new club win the FA Cup. He wrote on Instagram: 'A big thank you to everyone who voted me as their player of the year for the second time! "That's got to be our aim and we've got to use this as motivation to get there".
