Evie is hoping to attend Sunday's One Love Manchester Concert but Mrs Mills said the family has so far been unable to secure tickets - along with many other girls on the ward.

Singer Ariana Grande is visiting fans injured in last month's deadly terrorist attack at her concert in Manchester ahead of a benefit concert for the victims.

Grande is holding a One Love Manchester Benefit Concert on June 4 at Emirates Old Trafford Cricket Ground to raise money for the victims of the Manchester terror attack and their families.

All proceeds from the show will go toward the "We Love Manchester Emergency Fund", in partnership with the British Red Cross and Manchester City Council.

The little girl was among scores of people wounded when suicide bomber Salman Abedi blew himself up at the Manchester Arena as crowds left the concert.

Jaden's mother Sharon told the Manchester Evening News: "Jaden was just sat there watching TV and she walked in".

Her father Peter wrote on Facebook: "This means more to us than all the awesome things people have done this week". When your daughter asks after her 2nd operation: 'Is Ariana OK?' So happy she came i could burst!

Freeform will also air the show, as well as BBC. Stars such as Justin Bieber, Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus and Pharrell Williams will join her for the event.

Grande documented one of her visits with an injured fan on Instagram, where she has 107 million Instagram followers. "Lily's face lit up and Ariana was incredible with her".

"This is potentially a significant development in the investigation", Detective Chief Superintendent Russ Jackson said in a statement.

Eleven people remain in police custody following the attack and police took a 24-year-old into custody on Friday night in Manchester's inner city.
