Winner's lawyer told Martin that during today's hearing, he plans to request that she be released on bond pending trial. She is being held in the Lincoln County Jail.

"Her words to me was that she was scared she was going to be....they were going to make her disappear", Winner-Davis said Tuesday, according to the network. She was taken into custody Saturday and was formally charged Monday with the crime of gathering, transmitting or losing defense information. She's never run away from anything in her life.

Reality Leigh Winner, 25, is accused of passing the top secret National Security Agency report to The Intercept last month while working with Pluribus International Corp, which provides analytical services for USA defence and intelligence.

Victor didn't hide her disdain for Trump. In this case, the government alleges that the person to whom state secrets had been entrusted is 25-year-old Reality Leigh Winner, who had a top-secret national security clearance.

Winners' mother, Billie Winner-Davis, said her daughter was "terrified" when she arrived at her Augusta home on Saturday to see authorities waiting to arrest her, NBC News noted. In numerous news stories, unnamed sources allege victor gave it to a reporter at The Intercept. "There's no reason to hold her".

Victor is a former Air Force linguist who now works as a USA government contractor.

Victor has been jailed in Lincoln County, Ga., since her arrest. She was a linguist who speaks Pashto, Farsi and Dari - languages widely spoken in Iran and Afghanistan.

Davis said she received a commendation for aiding in the deaths of more than 100 enemy combatants and more than 250 enemy captures.

"If she made this mistake", Davis said, referring to the leaked documents, "it needs to be balanced against what she has done in the past and how she has served this country". The document states that Russian intelligence was privy to "multiple US state or local electoral boards", according to HuffPost. But the NSA has operated a $286 million complex in Augusta since 2012.

According to a probable-cause affidavit from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Winner admitted to intentionally printing a copy of the intelligence report in her office and mailing it to the news outlet.

On February 11, she was particularly active on the social network, tweeting directly at the President, describing him as an "orange fascist". The NSA report, dated May 5, provides details of a 2016 Russian cyberattack on a U.S. voting software supplier, though there is no evidence the hack affected any votes.

The FBI said unauthorised disclosure of the secret document "could reasonably result in exceptionally grave damage to the national security", though the government has not alleged that victor sought to share the report with foreign agents.
