It is unclear if DiNardo is a suspect in the disappearance of the men.

DiNardo's lawyer announced that his client had admitted to the killings and was co-operating with investigators. The FBI has been searching a pile of broken concrete slabs on the farm with a frontloader.

Weintraub believes foul play is involved.

Weintraub said they are treating the deaths as homicides. So this painstaking process will go on, we're not done yet. Patrick disappeared on July 5, and the three others went missing two days later.

Meo and Sturgis had been last seen together Friday night near the Doylestown area in Bucks County, reported CNN affiliate KYW. ABC News reported Sturgis and Meo were longtime friends, and Sturgis' father told the Associated Press that the pair know Finocchiaro. Search and rescue dogs, and backhoes arrived at the property, as seen by CNN affiliate KYW.

Investigators found the body of Dean Finocchiaro, 19, who disappeared last Friday, in a "common grave" on the 90-acre farm in Solebury Township, Philadelphia.

A Pennsylvania man has been arrested after police found the human remains of four missing men in a hole on the suspect's farmland.

"I don't know how this is going to end up, unfortunately", said Weintraub. "But if others arise and we can name them, we will", he said.

One of DiNardo's grandfathers, also named Cosmo DiNardo, owned numerous properties and eventually shared a real estate deal with his son Antonio before handing over the business entirely to him. It was still registered to Meo and had not been legally exchanged. The keys were found hanging up inside the DiNardo's garage. He has been charged with receiving stolen property, though it is not yet known if he personally stole Meo's 1996 Nissan.

Weintraub said at a news conference on Wednesday, "I feel that we bought ourselves a little bit of time in charging Mr. Dinardo with the stolen vehicle case today", and he referenced that Dinardo's bail had been set at $5 million. That charge does not relate or pertain to this case, Weintraub said. DiNardo is held on 10 percent of $1 million cash bail.

A court affidavit said he had a history of mental illness and had been involuntarily committed to an institution for inpatient care. Finocchiaro has been arrested multiple times on charges that include drug possession, driving under the influence and assault.
