(Mikey Day) and Eric Trump (Alex Moffat) on to discuss their father's accomplishments on Thursday night.

In his first sit-down TV interviews since leaving the White House, Scaramucci will appear on ABC's "This Week" on Sunday, followed by an appearance on "The Late Show With Stephen Colbert".

The weekly comedy show is on hiatus during the summer, but 2017 is just too juicy.

"The same kinds of things keep happening with trump", said Jost.

Jost added, "You can't threaten someone when you are sitting down. even FDR stood up when he was talking tough".

"When did the statue of liberty get so 'bougie?'" he asked.

He went on to say that he would be more scared about the threats being traded back and forth between Kim Jong-Un and Donald Trump if they both "hadn't made so many insane claims in the past".

But fake Donald Jr. - much like real Donald Jr. - insisted the story was a "nothing burger".

But the highlight of the evening, as she is every evening, was Leslie Jones as herself.

"Yes, I went to the meeting, but nothing illegal happened", he insisted. He's quickly shut up with a fidget spinner that he doesn't quite know how to use, while Don Jr. uses a To Catch a Predator reference to justify his actions.

"My father gives me advice all the time", he said.

Despite our frustration with Hader for giving us that horrific mental image of Bannon, the former Breitbart boss who bragged that his racist, misogynistic site "was the platform for the alt-right" and that the "alt-right" loves him back, we can't help but love this spoof and are certainly looking forward to seeing more of him as the Mooch once Saturday Night Live returns next month.

"The Mooch has no regrets, baby", he said.

"All I did was sell my company, miss the birth of my child and ruin my entire reputation, all to be king of Idiot Mountain for 11 days", he said.
