A Texas A&M University regent is calling for the dismissal of head football coach Kevin Sumlin following the Aggies' loss to the UCLA Bruins.

So of course UCLA scored touchdowns on five straight possessions and won, 45-44, with the winning points coming on a fake-spike touchdown pass from Rosen to Jordan Lasley with 43 seconds left.

After the game, Anthony Buzbee, a Houston attorney and member of the A&M System Board of Regents took to Facebook to recommend Sumlin be fired. "People are frustrated. I'm frustrated". During that time, I've not once commented on Kevin Sumlin and his performance during his tenure at our school.

"I'm not in the business of really paying attention to anything outside of this program", he said. But our coaches were dominated on national TV, yet again. I'm not real happy. "Our players were more talented tonight".

It's arguable that A&M wouldn't have blown the lead had Starkel not gotten hurt. "We'll see where they are at the end of the year". He said he was frustrated to, because really, who wouldn't be after that loss to UCLA?

"Whether those guys will be back all year or not, I don't know", Sumlin said. Kevin Sumlin and company also lost quarterback Nick Starkel and defensive back Donovan Wilson to injury. Sumlin knows it's imperative that his team puts what happened behind them quickly so things don't snowball for the Aggies before they enter Southeastern Conference play on September 23 against Arkansas. Both players had surgery to fix injuries suffered in the loss to UCLA.

Starkel, a redshirt freshman, completed 6-of-13 passes for 62 yards in his first career start Sunday.
