If you're seeing the error code "Sheep" when trying to join on a friend's fireteam, know that you may not have the latest version of Destiny 2. Only time will tell if this means that it'll be less challenging as well.

Destiny 2 fans are only hours away from playing the game's first Raid, titled Leviathan.

Today marks the launch of Destiny 2's first Raid, Leviathan, which is now live and ready to be conquered.

According to Bungie's Luke Smith: "Destiny 2's first Raid has a Power range of 260-280". So it may actually feel like more of an extension of the game, rather than your typical raid.

"These are your moments to discover - your mysteries to solve".

The game is played on Bungie, a website that is now down in order to implement the hotfix v1.2.0.1, which will help debug the game for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One gamers. You will soon discover the who, the what, and the where. "We are actively investigating an issue impacting the Nightfall Prism modifier where the now featured element is not persisting on screen as is intended", writes the developer, confirming that a hotfix is coming at some point.

Bungie didn't specifically mention it, but we're pretty sure this hotfix will also deal with a bug that cropped up in the current Nightfall mission.

Stay tuned for more details as we get closer to the Raid launch.
