The new smartphones, Samsung Galaxy S9 and Samsung Galaxy 9 Plus, have been one of the most exciting flagships of 2017. The info was revealed in a post by Samsung Turkey, so it is, in fact, coming from an official source. It can be remembered in 2017, the first few Galaxy Note 7 explosions were reported by users on flight. But then, it is noteworthy that in the report Samsung didn't name any device as such. As expected, this will bring the new Android Oreo to the two phones, however, there's nowhere the Galaxy Note 8 appears.

Earlier this year, Samsung-centric site SamMobile dug up Android Oreo firmware versions for the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+.

Among other things, visitors can explore the Galaxy Note 8's key features by placing the device on the interactive smart table, which comes with a display that automatically detects the smartphone and demonstrates its key features.

Also new is a feature to limit the power usage of background applications, which will make them less of a drain on battery life. This clearly indicates that the upcoming Oreo update will improve the phone's performance.

When put in Kids Mode, the tablet provides access to partner content including from LEGO, such as LEGO Batman app and LEGO NINJAGO. HTC has confirmed that three of its devices - HTC 10, U11 and U Ultra will get Oreo's sweetness by Nov. OnePlus 3 and 3T is also confirmed get the software update.

A Samsung Galaxy Android 8.0 Oreo beta release date has emerged for Galaxy S8 users in the United States and if it holds up, the Galaxy S8 Android 8.0 Oreo beta will start soon.
