Variety adds that reshoots will take place over the next two weeks and Wahlberg and Williams are expected to be involved (let's hope their wigs are better than the one Kate Mara wore in the Fantastic Four reshoots).

All The Money In The World was originally set to premiere at the American Film Institute's film festival on 16 November, but the release was pushed back to 22 December after the allegations against Spacey surfaced.

But rather than push the film to 2018, Deadline reports that Sony is cutting Spacey out of the movie, reshooting his scenes with Oscar victor Christopher Plummer, and keeping the film's December release date. This comes following sexual assault and harassment allegations against Spacey. Plummer was the original choice to play Getty before producers decided a more high profile name would be appropriate.

Last week, Netflix confirmed that they will not be producing any new episodes of 'House Of Cards' featuring the actor.

Kevin Spacey is to be edited out of a completed film just weeks before its scheduled release.

His role in All the Money in the World is to be recast and his scenes reshot. Scott is a maverick, and didn't shrink under the pressure to re-stage the key scenes involving J Paul Getty, the oilman who refused to pay a ransom after his grandson, John Paul Getty III was kidnapped. When Getty Sr. refuses, Gail attempts to sway him as her son's captors become increasingly volatile and brutal.

Broadway star Anthony Rapp accused Spacey of attempting to molest him when he was a teenager at a party in the 1980s.

The decision follows more sexual misconduct allegations against the Oscar-winner from a woman who says he touched her 18-year-old son in MA last year.

Spacey, who was 26 at the time, said: "I honestly do not remember the encounter, it would have been over 30 years ago". Unruh held a press conference, explaining her son was 18 years old when Spacey allegedly his genitals.
