In another news, the price of the OnePlus 5T is now reported to be the same as of the previously launched OnePlus 5 - a move that may disappoint OnePlus 5 owners. PVR Cinemas is a pioneer in introducing new initiatives in the cinema exhibition space in India and the live screening of the launch event of OnePlus 5T in NY across select PVR theatres in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Pune would be the first of its kind in India.

OnePlus 5T isn't getting the wireless charging technology support, confirms CEO Pete Lau. The CEO of the OnePlus, Pete Lau has confirmed this in a recent blog post explaining the benefits of the headphone jack. Firstly, he says that wired quick charging solution outshines wireless on quantitative measures. The premium phone is likely to cost the same as the OnePlus 5. So which one would you choose? It was highly anticipated that perhaps the OnePlus 5T might feature it, but it looks like we will now have to wait for OnePlus 6. OnePlus believes that its "Dash Charging" is better than wireless charging hence, it made a decision to forego including wireless charging. He talked about the company plans that went ahead with Dash Charge fast-charging tech instead of wireless charging, in a forum post.

According to OnePlus, their Dash Charging is better as it delivers more power in a lot lesser time. However, in order to introduce wireless charging, the Cupertino-based company has launched the 2017 iPhones with glass chassis. The iPhone X utilizes wireless charging, a feature appreciated by countless users, consolidating a great addition to the iPhone.

Lau mentioned two major reasons for retaining Dash Charge on the OnePlus 5T. But, that's not the case with dash charger - you can simply plug-in and use you phone for anything and at anytime.

Just like other technologies, wireless charging has been improving to be more efficient and practical for everyday use, particularly Qi.

You'll need to submit a sort review of the most impressive phone you have ever used. Comparatively, in a wireless charging, the users will not have the convenience to pick up the device from the charging pad, when subjected to charging.

Further, Lau said that the brand will consider adopting wireless charging "when the time is right".
