TMZ reports that Crews has filed a police report a month later for sexual assault.

The report is thought to pertain to the allegation of sexual assault Crews tweeted about last month against a powerful male Hollywood executive.

"My wife n I were at a Hollywood function a year ago n a high-level Hollywood executive came over 2 me and groped my privates".

Crews said he kept silent because he didn't want to be ostracized in Hollywood due to the executive's power and influence. Venit is on leave from the agency amid the allegation, the report said.

Everybody Hates Chris star, Terry Crews is not only speaking up about his encounter with an agent that sexually assaulted him, he's taking legal action as well.

Sources tell TMZ the person Crews named on the police report is Adam Venit, who heads up the motion picture group at William Morris Endeavor. Ironically, he represents Dustin Hoffman and Brett Ratner who have also been accused of sexual misconduct.

Terry Crews took to Twitter at the beginning of October and shared his experience.

Instead, Crews said he let it go and left the event. Because this kind of thing happened to me. (Many.) "Do you want to work again?"

The 6ft 3in giant, best known for his role in the TV sitcom Brooklyn Nine-Nine, first spoke about the incident in a lengthy Twitter thread following the Harvey Weinstein scandal. And I understand why many women who this happens to let it go", he wrote before continuing, "Who's going 2 believe you? (Yes.) Are you prepared to be ostracised? He added that he hoped his coming forward "will deter a predator and encourage someone who feels hopeless".

The LAPD's robbery/homicide division, which also handles sex crimes, is now looking after the case after an investigation into Crews' claims was officially opened yesterday (November 8).
