OJ Simpson has been out of prison for more than a month, and he's not exactly being a model parolee, according to TMZ. What better way to celebrate a release from prison after 9 years than parading around Vegas? A 70-year-old man, let alone OJ mf Simpson, can only party for so long before things start to go south. Reports are coming out that last night OJ got a little too hammered and was booted from the Cosmopolitan hotel in Vegas. TMZ said Simpson "was angry at hotel staff and glasses broke at the bar".

A witness, meanwhile, spotted Simpson inside the hotel shortly after midnight.

A police dispatcher, referring to Simpson by his full first name said "Orenthal is here" in an audio recording obtained by United States website TMZ, which reported he had become "drunk and disruptive".

Simpson, who now lives in Las Vegas, contacted his parole officer on Thursday and underwent drug and alcohol tests, which were negative, according to the attorney.

Security guards were summoned as escorted Simpson, who is still on parole, out of the hotel bar.

Laying low isn't really in Simpson's nature. Simpson was cordial to security, but he has since been permanently banned from the hotel, sources told TMZ.

Simpson is back in trouble in Las Vegas.

The former actor was acquitted of the double-murder of his ex-girlfriend Nicole Brown and her pal Ron Goldman in 1995.
