As for Princess Michael, she's no stranger to this kind of controversy.

She Kent stop stirring up scandals.

People reported that paparazzi photos show Princess Michael of Kent, the wife of Prince Michael of Kent, the Queen's first cousin, wearing a brooch that looked like blackamoor jewelry.

Princess Michael has apologised for wearing a "racist" brooch to the Queen's Christmas lunch. It appears to have been a bust of a black person with a gold and bejeweled crown and clothing.

Yup, as ever, people are fuming over something over on social media.

"Princess Michael is very sorry and distressed that it has caused offense".

"I can not help but smile when I look at the photos that we took of them, such was their happiness together", Lubomirski said. I told them they only thought so because they kept their lives so aggressively white.

One of the offended African-American diners who spoke about Princess Michael's comments, called bull on her response.

"Well, remember what I said about Megan Markel begin called the n-word by her new in-laws?"

'The couple are so grateful for the warm and generous messages they have received during such a happy time in their lives.

Her brooch isn't necessarily the typical servitude depiction, but considering the history of Blackamoor art, Princess Michael probably should have avoided pulling this brooch out of the jewelry box for her first meeting with Markle.

Meghan is famously proud of her biracial background, revealing to Elle that her Caucasian father Thomas Markle and African American mum Doria Radlan encouraged her to "say who I am, to share where I'm from, to voice my pride in being a strong, confident mixed-race woman".

But it's not the first time that Princess Michael has set off a racial fury. In 2004 she was accused of insulting a party of black diners at a stylish NY restaurant when she is alleged to have told them to "go back to the colonies" in a dispute over noise.

The princess is described on her website as a "Writer, Historian, Lecturer, Interior Designer and Art Consultant".
