Future Man stars Josh Hutcherson as a janitor turned warrior. The announcement came one day prior to the release of the Marvel's Runaways season one finale. It has just been announced by the streaming service that they will be renewing Marvel's Runaways and the action-comedy-time-traveling series Future Man for 13 episodes apiece. It stars Rhenzy Feliz, Lyrica Okano, Virginia Gardner, Ariela Barer.

Marvel's Runaways is executive produced by series showrunners/writers Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage (The O.C. and Gossip Girl) along with Marvel's Head of Television, Jeph Loeb (Marvel's Jessica Jones, Marvel's The Defenders) and Jim Chory (Marvel's The Defenders, Marvel's Jessica Jones) Fake Empire's Lis Rowinski will produce as well.

Hulu followed up their success by expanding their slate - namely with Marvel's Runaways and Future Man - that's created to reach wider audiences.

Runaways is based on the Marvel comic book of the same name and follows a group of teenagers who learn that their parents are super villains and who decide that they must stop them.

"We're thrilled about "Runaways" Season 2". It is the story of six diverse teens who can barely stand each other but who must unite against a common foe-their parents. No details about the second season have been given at this time, or details about new and/or returning characters.
