Harvey Weinstein Slapped Twice While Leaving Scottsdale Restaurant

Disgraced Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein accused of sexually assaulting several women, who helped launch the #MeToo movement, was physically assaulted while eating dinner with his "sober coach" at an Arizona restaurant.

The incident happened at the Elements restaurant at the Sanctuary Camelback Mountain Resort, and saw Steve lightly hit Weinstein with the back of his hand as the producer walked past him. passed by him.

Steve had gone up to Weinstein, 65, earlier in the evening and asked him to take a photo, but Weinstein declined, a restaurant manager told TMZ. Then, Steve slaps Weinstein in the face - TWICE! Speaking to the outlet, Steve claimed Weinstein was belligerent and "said no" to his photo request. "You're a f-ing piece of s-t".

In the video, Weinstein wears a stained gray T-shirt and black knit cap, which he removed after the backhander's patty-cake slap.

At one point, Steve calls Weinstein a "piece of s**t". He says Weinstein stumbled backward and nearly fell.

Steve told reporters he'd had a lot to drink that night when he sent them the video, but TMZ hasn't said how they obtained this new illuminating audio.

Weinstein reportedly declined to have the police called about the incident.

Weinstein was also fired from his film studio hours after he reportedly emailed a plea to Hollywood CEOs and moguls to prevent the ousting.

A restaurant manager says neither attempted punch connected, and the guy was drunk and out of control.

Weinstein has spent much of his time in Arizona since the explosive sexual assault and harassment allegations against him came to light past year.
